Dr. Buinewicz joins Danielle Valoras, Terri Diaz and Tara Hopko to discuss his study that shows an underlying inflammatory response associated with the implant capsule, appearing more commonly in silicone and textured vs. smooth and saline.

The study demonstrated that implant removal with total capsulectomy can be safely performed with minimal complications and high patient satisfaction.
